SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping at Amelise The Label. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days, Monday through Friday. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Time

Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery to the United States takes between 5 to 7 business days. Total delivery time is therefore between 6 to 10 business days from the date of your order.

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on all orders within the United States. No minimum order value is required.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the United States only.

Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order at any time.

Delays

Please note that delivery times may be longer during peak seasons such as holidays, prom season, and wedding season. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@amelisethelabel.com with your order number and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
